How long will it take to receive my order?
Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 24 hours to let you know your order is on the way! We ship out of Toronto, Canada.
How do you ship?
Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 business days using UPS or Canada Post. Standard delivery is generally 3-9 days. Flat rate shipping fee applies to orders in US and Canada.


Can I return or exchange items?
We accept returns up to 5 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at proshop@oldfaithfulgolf.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. What should I do if I received a damaged item or incorrect order?

Do you ship internationally?
We will be offering international shipping in 2025.
