Where do you ship from?

All orders ship from Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days before shipping. You don't have to do anything upon delivery. Easy.

Do you ship to the United States?

Yes. We ship DDP throughout Canada and the United States using trusted carriers. Duties covered and insurance included. Shipping is flat rate!

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect order?
